Rarely has a rough night of drinking paid off so well. Zach Galifianakis, breakout star of 'The Hangover' and HBO's 'Bored to Death,' is close to signing on to headline in 'Town House' alongside Amy Adams ('Julie and Julia'), according to report from Variety.

Doug Wright and 'Once' writer-director John Carney have adapted the screenplay from Tish Cohen's comical debut
novel for Fox 2000, and have been trying to build 'Town House' into a feature since 2007, only to be torpedoed by the writers' strike that year. Ridley and Tony Scott are producing the flick, and hoping to get started next summer.
