We doubt anyone's happy to be on this 'end of the decade' list: Forbes magazine's top 15 Hollywood flops of the past five years.

Taking the top spot is 2006's remake 'All the King's Men,' whose tale of southern politician Huey Long talked Oscar, but walked Razzie. Despite its high-powered cast (Sean Penn, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, and James Gandolfini) the film took a bath, both critically and at the box office, where it failed to earn back 84 percent of its $55 million dollar budget.

To calculate each film's flopishness, Forbes "looked at movies that featured big-name stars [...] but failed to earn back their budgets at the box office," then threw in budget numbers and box office earnings to assess the damage.
