Some members of the Palestinian village of Bilin dress up as Na'vi from Avatar to protest at the West BankThe Middle East conflict took a definite blue turn recently when activists representing a small Palestinian village dressed up like Na'vi from sci-fi epic Avatar and staged a demonstration in front of the Israeli West Bank barrier.

AOL News reported that Mohammed Khatib, a Palestinian protest organiser who frequently leads his people against the Israelis, came up with the idea to impersonate Avatar's Na'vi after his group watched a bootleg copy of the film and likened the Palestinian experience in the West Bank to the plight of the blue-skinned creatures in the film.
