The Hurt LockerIn what appears to be another blow for 'The Hurt Locker,' an army war vet is now suing the producers of the Oscar-nominated film, alleging that the movie's main character, Will James (played by Jeremy Renner), was actually based on him, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Master Sergeant Jeffrey S. Sarver, a bomb technician who served in the Iraq War, filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit Tuesday in a New Jersey court, claiming that "virtually all of the situations" that occurred in the movie, despite being listed as fictional, were taken from Sarver's real-life war experience.
