In 2008, L.A.-based clothing entrepreneur Thierry Guetta set out to film the secret lives of guerilla street artists. When the enigmatic British graffiti legend Banksy found out about it, he had other ideas.

Narrated by Rhys Ifans ('Greenberg'), 'Exit Through the Gift Shop' is a post-modern look at the world of underground street art, told by one of its most controversial figures, Banksy, as only he could. Upon hearing of Guetta's quest to capture the works-in-progress, Banksy turns the camera back on Guetta in a revolutionary move that accidentally gives birth to a new voice on the street art scene and begins a debate about the true nature of success.
