With today's release of 'Kick-Ass,' the buzz over the very R-rated comic book-movie has reached a fever pitch.

One of the most notorious aspects of the film's story, about real-life teenage superheroes, is the character of Hit-Girl, a 13-year-old vigilante with a penchant for harsh language and harsher violence. The character, part of a father-daughter team with superhero Big Daddy (played by Nic Cage), has sparked outrage for the over-the-top, and some say morally irresponsible, depiction.

Chloë Moretz, who plays Hit-Girl, recently spoke with Just So You Know about her decision to take on the controversial part.
