For generations, fans of Lewis Carroll's 'Alice in Wonderland' have peeked through the looking glass to see the wonders on the other side, everything from armies of paying cards and vanishing cats with maniacal grins to portly twins who speak in rhyme. Now it appears that they will be seeing something else through that magical lens: fat stacks of mad cash.

That's because, as The Hollywood Reporter is reporting, Disney's 3D 'Alice in Wonderland' sequel has just cracked the $1 billion mark worldwide. The Tim Burton extravaganza, which stars Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter, opened on March 5 and has brought in over $332 million domestically to go with an international take just north of $667 million.
