Bella isn't the only girl Edward gets to stalk these days. If that aspect of The Twilight Saga drives you batty, just wait for this new romance. Robert Pattinson is in a 2008 short film called The Summer House with Talulah Riley (St. Trinian's), which has just gone up for sale over at iTunes.

Riley plays a young girl visiting her aunt in rural France in 1969, the year of the lunar landings. Her first love (Pattinson) has cheated on her, and while first content with letters exclaiming his love, he soon shows up, uninvited. "She is impossibly tempted, but repelled by his crude attempt to force her."
Once again, Pattinson is in a goofy wig and looking all pensive and stalkerish, which makes me wonder how d*mn long we have to wait until sometime puts the kid in something perkier. And WHY he's always got unusual hair (Dali and How to Be topping the list). Is there a ridiculous hair clause added to all of his contracts? A determination to be the polar opposite of his actual personality? I mean, this is the same guy who told Katee Sackhoff, out of the blue: "I'm sorry. I just had a waking dream where my mother was a hamburger and I wanted to eat her."

Alas, no hamburger comedies are on the way, just more tortured romance. You can nab the 14-minute short for $1.99, if you want more lusty RPatt, or be content with the free trailer below.
