'Secretariat' InterviewsIn 'Secretariat,' 'True Blood's Nelsan Ellis plays Eddie Sweat, the horse man with the magic touch. Kevin Connelly plays Bill Nack, the Newsday sports writer who recognized this horse as a potential winner of the Triple Crown. Based on the book by Nack, the film is the story of a horse who refused to be beaten and Penny Chenery, the woman who believed in him, despite all the reasons she shouldn't.

I got to chat with Ellis and Connelly about the film, working with the sometimes unpredictable horses and what it was like to play people who really existed. 'Secretariat' opens this Friday. Check out the video after the jump.
