- James Gunn's 'Super' is set for an April 1st, 2011 release in NY and LA, followed quickly by a VOD expansion. In honor of this news, Gunn has posted some new pictures to his personal website, including the above of Ellen Page as Boltie, the sidekick of Rainn Wilson's 'The Crimson Bolt.'

- Billy Mitchell, one of the two record-breaking gamers at the center of 'The King of Kong,' has been honored with a little Easter Egg in the new Wii game 'Donkey Kong Country Returns.' [via /Film]

- Those who loved 'Southland Tales' should be happy to know that Richard Kelly has written a script for a prequel based on the graphic novel he created with artist Brett Weldele. Kelly says he's still trying to turn said script into a feature film, most likely an animated one.

- According to Halle Berry, the Wachowskis next film will not be their gay Iraq war romance, 'Cobalt Neutral 9,' but a 'Matrix'-esque mindbender called 'Cloud Atlas' co-starring Tom Hanks and Natalie Portman. Tom Tykwer ('Run Lola Run,' 'Perfume: Story of a Murderer') had originally been on board as the writer-director.
