If George Lucas is to be believed, we're all living on borrowed time – which might be a good thing if it spares us from having to watch a fifth Indiana Jones movie.

Seth Rogen recently spoke of an encounter with the father of 'Star Wars' wherein Lucas spent a lengthy amount of time explaining that he believes the world will end in 2012 – and why. Rogen, who was attending a meeting when Lucas joined in (along with Steven Spielberg) was shocked by his filmmaking idol's beliefs.

"George Lucas sits down and seriously proceeds to talk for around 25 minutes about how he thinks the world is gonna end in the year 2012, like, for real. He thinks it.

"He's going on about the tectonic plates and all the time Spielberg is, like, rolling his eyes, like, 'My nerdy friend won't shut up, I'm sorry...'
