It looks like McG may be returning to the small screen.

According to TV Line, the 'Terminator: Salvation' director is reportedly in talks to helm the 'Wonder Woman' TV pilot from Emmy-winning writer/director David E. Kelley. The show received a last-minute pickup order on Friday.

This would put McG in familiar territory, as he not only directed the 'Chuck' pilot, but was also the man behind the hit 'Charlie's Angels' franchise, in 2000 and 2003. McG's other credits include 'We Are Marshall,' in 2008, and the 'Fastlane' pilot, in 2007.

His latest movie, 'This Means War,' in which hunky actors Tom Hardy and Chris Pine, well, pine after Reese Witherspoon, is scheduled to hit theaters later this year.

'Wonder Woman' first hit big on the small screen in the '70s, with Lynda Carter in the title role. The show ran for three season on CBS.
