He may have had his share of tabloid drama recently, but Charlie Sheen isn't down for the count. TMZ reports that the 'Two and a Half Men' star is itching to return to the big screen and revisit his Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn in another 'Major League' film. ("Wild thing" stands not for actions similar to Sheen's own life, but for his pitching accuracy.)

The actor is hoping the studio powers-that-be greenlight a script so they can make 'Major League 3.' Now, in case you think his wildness may have hurt his basic math skills, he's well aware of the 1998 sequel 'Major League: Back to the Minors,' but "Sheen considers that movie an 'abortion' -- and doesn't think it should be counted with the rest of the series."

Coincidentally, this news comes just as Lindsay Lohan eyes her next film, suggesting that both actors are working on their "impulse control."
