Doug Liman's untitled 'Moon' project is rising over Paramount -- for now. The science-fiction film -- about a renegade group of former space employees who roam the world in an effort to acquire space equipment so they can go back to the moon for a secret energy source -- was set up at DreamWorks as 'Luna' in 2007 before moving to Paramount.

Liman has quite a few projects in the works. Until recently, according to The Hollywood Reporter, he was thinking hard about the sci-fi action project 'All You Need Is Kill' at Warners, but his interest has shifted back to 'Moon.' (Other projects on his docket: 'Jumper 2,' 'The Osterman Weekend,' 'The Last of the Tribe,' 'Nick Tungsten, Nightmare Hunter' and 'Attica.' And just yesterday he expressed a desire to work on a 1920s drama set in China).
