'Inception' star Ellen Page is the new name announced today to join 'Social Network's Jesse Eisenberg, Penelope Cruz and Alec Baldwin in Woody Allen's next film.

At this stage, in typical Allen fashion, the plot and title are under wraps, but we do know that it will shoot in Rome this summer.

In other Allen news, the Oscar-winning director will be the subject of a two-part 'American Masters' documentary this fall, Variety reports. Robert Weide ('Curb Your Enthusiasm') has been working on the project with Allen's cooperation for the past year, including spending a week on the London set of 'You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger' and accompanying the director to Cannes for the film's premiere.

The film will profile Allen's life from his childhood in Brooklyn -- he even led Weide on a tour of his old neighborhood -- to his stand-up career and up through the Cannes premiere of his latest film, 'Midnight in Paris,' in May.
