Aside from the great 'Dogtown and Z-Boys,' film makers have never really given skaters their proper due in the spotlight. Regardless of whether you think it's a sport or a hobby, skateboarding isn't easy and there's more to skateboarders than a complete disregard for their personal well-being.

After winning some major awards at this year's South by Southwest Film Festival, we're getting our hopes up that 'Dragonslayer' will do for skateboarding what 'The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters' did for video games. So click through to check out the debut trailer and weigh in on the rest of the trailers that broke this past week.

A documentary chronicling George Harrison's life and achievements during and after his time as one of the four Beatles.

Who's in it?: Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Yoko Ono, among others. Directed by Martin Scorsese.

'The Lady'

What's it about?: A biopic centered around Aung San Suu Kyi, a Burmese politician who was sentenced to 15 years under house arrest for standing up to her country's oppressive government.

Who's in it?: Michelle Yeoh and David Thewlis, among others. Directed by Luc Besson; written by Rebecca Frayn.

When does it come out?: October 2011

'Fireflies in the Garden'

What's it about?:
Loosely based on the life of poet laureate Robert Frost, the story follows an accomplished author who comes home after his mother dies in a car crash. While coping with his grief and planning the funeral, the author tries to repair his strained relationship with his domineering father after a childhood filled with mental and physical abuse.

What do we think of the trailer?: Definitely has a good cast going for it, but still wondering why it took three years for this movie to get released after being made in 2008.

'Stay Cool'
