A stage on the Toronto set of 'Resident Evil: 5' collapsed Tuesday morning, injuring 16 people. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a wheeled platform unexpectedly shifted while actors were moving from one area of the stage to another. The movement caused the platform to collapse, injuring 16 unnamed crew members and actors -- eleven of which were sent to the local hospital for non-life threatening injuries. UPDATE: According to Deadline, seven of the actors have already returned to work.
'Resident Evil: Retibution' is set for a Sept. 14, 2012 release date. The movie is the fourth installment based on the popular video game. Returning characters include Mila Jovovich (obviously) as Alice, Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine, Boris Kodjoe as Luther West and Shawn Roberts as Albert Wesker.

There still aren't a ton of details about the plot, however, earlier this month, Jovovich tweeted that she has an "an amazing fight with a bunch of zombies and an EPIC fight with Jill Valentine." The entire 'Resident Evil' film franchise has already grossed close to $700 million worldwide (a bulk of that is thanks to its last sequel, 'Resident Evil: Afterlife,' which made $296 million).
