It was just over 12 hours ago when Moviefone commented on how some people won't see Sean Penn movies because of the actor's liberal politics, and it's doubtful this bit of rhetoric won't engender those people to buy tickets in the future. Appearing with Piers Morgan on Friday night, Penn called the Tea Party the "'Get the N-word out of the White House part'" and said members want to "lynch" Barack Obama.
"I don't think there's any doubt about it: If you ask any representative of the Tea Party, 'OK, Social Security, socialist, get rid of it?'' they're going to get very confused," Penn said. "At the end of the day, there's a big bubble coming out of their heads, saying, 'Can we just lynch him?'"

Penn is the second major star to bash the Tea Party with Morgan; last month, Morgan Freeman called the Tea Party "racist" and questioned their motivations. "'We're going to whatever we do to get this black man outta here,'" Freeman said.

Like Mark Ruffalo, Penn also supports the Occupy Wall Street movement. Watch his comments on the protestors below and head over to CNN for a transcript of his interview with Morgan.
