Because Jason Segel didn't get enough of a nostalgia fix from working with Kermit and Miss Piggy in 'The Muppets,' the star and screenwriter is hoping to never say die about his next film. Sorta. In an interview with The Playlist, Segel revealed that a future scripted project could be a kids adventure along the lines of 'The Goonies' or 'Labyrinth.'
"I actually just got back into possession my first script I ever sold when I was 21-years-old," Segel said when asked about his future plans. "It sat on a shelf and they didn't know that it was the same Jason Segel. I came to them because the contract was up and I went to buy it up and they were like, 'No, wait, that was you? That was your script?' And I was like, 'Yep, sorry dudes.' So I now own it and I want to make it. It's a kids adventure movie in the style of 'Goonies' or 'Labyrinth' or something like that. I think that's the next big thing I'd like to try to tackle."

No word yet on any concrete details, but Segel did reveal that the script also includes puppets of the non-Muppet variety. The 'Muppets' star has 'Five-Year Engagement' coming in 2012, as well as a cameo appearance in Judd Apatow's spiritual non-sequel to 'Knocked Up.' He was also rumored as in negotiations for the lead in 'Sex Tape.'
