From the files of "did you expect anything less?" comes the charming new trailer for "Friends With Kids," a comedy that teams about half the cast of "Bridesmaids" (Kristen Wiig, Jon Hamm, Maya Rudolph and Chris O'Dowd) with Adam Scott, Megan Fox, Moviefone favorite Ed Burns and Hamm's long-term girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt.

Written and directed by Westfeldt (who wrote "Kissing Jessica Stein" and "Ira & Abby," two must-see New York-set neurotic romances), "Kids" debuted to raves at the Toronto International Film Festival last September and was soon picked up by Lionsgate for a spring release. As the title suggests, it's about friends with kids: surrounded by married couples (Hamm and Wiig are paired off, again; Rudolph gets O'Dowd this time around), the characters played by Scott and Westfeldt decide to have a baby together -- and lots of sex -- while remaining beffies. Before you have a bad flashback to "Friends With Benefits," there's a nice twist: Scott meets Fox, Westfeldt meets Burns and things get...complicated.

The trailer gives away too much, but it's hard not to be won over by this cast -- especially Westfeldt, who more than holds her own among the A-list comedy talent. Obviously, of course. Anyone who saw "Stein" or "Ira & Abby" likely already loves Hamm's better half. It looks like "Friends With Kids" will do nothing to abate those crushes.
