White House attack film "Olympus Has Fallen" is getting a sequel, to be titled "London Has Fallen." Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, and Morgan Freeman are all expected to reprise their roles is the new film, which has the president and his Secret Service detail travel to London for the funeral of the prime minister, where a plot to strike the British capital is uncovered.
According to Screen Daily, which broke the news, "Only the President of the United States, his secret service head and an English MI6 agent can save the day" in the sequel.
While it seems strange to give "Olympus" a sequel -- the movie didn't even crack the $100 million mark Stateside -- the film still out-performed expectations, and brought in over $161 million in worldwide box office receipts. "London" is believed to "become one of the must-haves of the market," Screen Daily reports.
"London Has Fallen" will begin production in London on May 5, 2014.
