Michelle Meyrink found her niche in the industry early on, playing quirky supporting characters such as the pensive Marcia in 1983's
The Outsiders and the hyperactive Jordan Cochran in 1985's
Real Genius. After appearing in 1988's
Permanent Record, Meyrink decided to leave the world of professional acting, focusing on her family life in Vancouver, Canada.
