FAQ - What is my Ticket Purchase Confirmation Number, and what do I do with it?

All ticketing services on Moviefone are provided by our ticketing partner Movietickets.com. The Moviefone service receives the confirmation number for ticket purchases directly from the theater. At present, only certain theaters have this capability. As more theaters upgrade their internal systems, we will be able to supply you with confirmation numbers. You cannot use these confirmation numbers to pick up your tickets. These numbers are to be used for verification purposes only. If you are having trouble picking up your tickets at the theater box office, the theater managers will be able to find your ticket transaction by using your confirmation number.

Q: I did not receive a confirmation email when purchasing my tickets. How can I tell if my order was processed?
A: All ticketing services on Moviefone are provided by our ticketing partner Movietickets.com. Log into your Movietickets.com account, click on the "Order History" tab. On this page you will be able to see ticket transactions from the last 30 days, including if there was a problem with the order and a link to re-print your confirmation page and/or print out your at-home tickets.
