CLIP OF THE DAY
Hot New Trailer: 'Bedtime Stories'
Once upon a time there was a movie star named Adam Sandler.
Adam Sandler has proven time and time again he can do his comic voodoo in the company of children -- see 'Big Daddy,' 'Click,' etc.
And though his funniest moments alongside little ones may come at their physical expense (see 'Billy Madison' dodgeball beatdown), these days he's drawn to more father figure types.
In 'Bedtime Stories,' Sandler falls somewhere in between as a man-child tasked with babysitting his young niece and nephew -- and somehow, someway, the magical stories his Uncle Skeeter tells them begin to come true. (Uncle Skeeter? Now that woulda made a great movie title.)
'Bedtime Stories' opens December 25.
