Believe it or not I looked it up on IMDb and yes Matthew and Renee were both in "My Boyfriend's Back". He was "Guy #2" and she was just an extra.

The question about Renee Zellweger had the wrong answer. The movie she was in was called "Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation". While the movie is listed of IMDB as that, it came out to the other title.

You are so wrong McConaughey and Zellweger stared in Texas Chainsaw Massacre not My Boyfriends Back. If your gonna have a quiz make sure your answeres are right. You cant fool Horror movie fans.
