Jeff Thomas' horror film 13 Seconds starts with a rock band setting up a makeshift studio in a deserted school building. Almost immediately, the band and the hangers on start suffering from bad dreams and spooky hallucinations. They stumble across a room full of paintings that depict people they knew being mutilated and killed. The band must figure out what is going on, before they succumb to the spirits around them.
