Roland Emmerich the film maker of this move is a COWARD. Roland Emmerich has admitted that he feared a fatwa would be placed on him if he filmed a scrapped scene for 2012. The filmmaker is well known for decimating famed landmarks on movies including The Day After Tomorrow and Independence Day. He stated that while he decided to destroy the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro because he is "against organised religion", he was fearful of the Islamic religious decree for a sequence that was planned but not shot. ANTI Christian creep! I won't see this trash. infowars . com

A Comment: What comes when it goes and goes when it comes? Agruments pro and con about this "end" of the world are moot; this event occurs every 3600 yrs and devistates the homonid population about 99% - that's why such a brief recorded history chronicles our existence. Okay, first off............. some of you just can't spell. Second of all! The world will not end in 3 years. If anything, a dramatic reformation will take place or Atlantis will pop back up on the grid. I don't really know. But if people are this freaked out by the trailers, then the world will end 11/13/09 (that's when the movie comes out btw). And following up on other predictions, somebody predicted 2002 would mark the end. Another guy stated that the world would end 10 minutes after Pope John Paul XII died. To me, the only difference between the Myans and these other guys is they just decided to use a really nice rock.

this movie looks ok at best...i predict about 45 minutes of just chaos. ( buildings crumble, bridges sink, and the earth cracks open with our hero somehow dodging metaphorical bullets left and right.) Is it me or do the "epic" movie seam to be lacking lately? and Meg5an4... you liked transformers2.....garbage
