actually this is not just jake information or internet generated theories. These theories were genereated from the Mayan Calander. The Mayans were the most intelectual and advanced race. They were masters of astrology and some believe that they were closer to the heavens than any other race due to their strong bond with the sky. According to them, the planets will all align on 11/232012 at 11.11 a.m, at which time the gravitational force between the existing and scientifically present "Black Hole" located the intensifying distance near the ice planet, Pluto, will engulf all nine planets throwing our universe into a new dimension. One that is believed to be without pain or stuggle (a.k.a Heaven) (it was not refered to heaven by the Mayans because the did not know that the earth would not function with out the oxygen and atmosphere given by the solar system). 13.0.0.0.0. is the end of their calander, it resets in the next dimension. I dont necessarily believe in this but my mind is open.

the world is not going ot end on 2012 okay listen only god knows scietnitist are just trying to scare us like usual they also said it was gonna end in like 20 different years but look were still living also the other planets would end before us plus in this movie it ends in water it would end in fire duh so dont believe this movie im not even gonna see it it looks way way to stupid and scary and plus maybe the mayans just didnt feel like writing anymore maybe they thought that was enough no1 is going to know when it ends exept god understand,,,dont bother watching this movie just cause they want to sare you...please

Muslim should not believe on prophecies. Only Allah knows when is THE REAL apocalypse will happen. NO INTERNET APOCALYPSE PREDICTION IS REAL. Or else people who did BELIEVE in this thing would do horrible things like suicide just like what happened in 1978 when 900 people went killing themselves when they believe doomsday will happen during that day. In the end, it DOESN'T HAPPEN. But yet remember Allah at every second of life Allah gave you and Allah will return favour to you. InsyaAllah

Man has always manipolated history for his own convenience,for the sole purpose to manage popular opinion which in turn influences decisions on all levels...the weak must remain weak,the ignorants must remain ignorant,the fools must remain fools,and the strong must remain on top....on top of what you believe,think,wish,etc. in all the religions of the world there is nothing realistically divine to hang on....faith is an abstract concept that assures you of your place in this world...faith is a money-making reality(there's nothing divine in money) that creates war,that ends war only to start another...it's a cycle that is powered by faith that is controlled by evil HUMAN BEINGS not God or Allah,or whoever...we are prisoners of what we believe in,no one knows anything about existence or creation that hasn't been explained by science...being kind to others is not a religious condition,it' a human condition that can't be ruled by any authority divine or otherwise...so pray for and to us!

The current Mayen people say that the 2012 prediction is a creation of the rich white people and has nothing to do with the Mayen calendar. All calendars come to an end and the idea is you simply start over with the next calendar. There have been predictions of doom on average every 50 years for the last 2000 years except that now they are averaging about every 5-10 years. Predicting doom is big business and many people thrive on the attention and on the idea that they know something that others don't and that they are part of the elite who will survive and inheret the earth. The prediction will not come true. Most people will simply forget about it and in 6 months or a year a new date will be established and people will begin waiting for the new date. This is what has happened over and over and over and is a prediction you can count on. Predicting dome is a waste of time and energy that could be used to solve our problems and to improve life on the planet

Everyone is so easily convinced Y2K,6/6/6 were predicted didn't happen no human has the knowledge to say that the world will end. If Hollywood really thought it would end they would not be making this they would be hiding in their million dollar or more houses. Sojourning Seaman the mayan calander does not end it starts over and continues the cycle. Just wait after that day the new date for the end will be some other crazy date and people will make crazy logic. Everyone is so convince by nostradomius and the history channel. Again NO HUMAN HAS THE POWER TO PREDICT THE END OF THE WORLD. If you are really that scared just hide in your house for 3 more years and then once it passes you will be sorry you did cause it will not happen, even if it does you have no control it is fate.

I'm a scientist, mariner, and free-thinker. The evidence of cyclic, solar system-wide disasters are embedded in the palnets' natural history. It's apparent to me the Mayan calendar ends on the specific date because those knowlegdable peeps concluded civilization would end at that time and any futher planning was m00t. Again, 99% of mankind is doomed. It's just that the last event left a viable hume population.
