To say the least this was a \"cute\" movie. I wouldnt say not to go see it because it does warrant a few laughs. It was enjoyable at best. It is definitely a movie that you could wait to see on DVD. If you are going to see it make it a friends night and enjoy.

Geared toward teenagers without as colorful a cast as the Hangover movies, which it tries to copy. The diaglogue isn't funny, the slapstick humor is strained, so I have to say it's only mildly amusing. Just not inventive writing.

I'm sorry. Contrary to the opinions of others, this film was not funny in the least and unbelievably boring.

This is one of those 93-minute movies that seem about 88 minutes too long. Or not worth making in the first place. Full Review

By the dictates of the boys-will-be-boys party genre, 21 and Over is so tame that it barely manages to even be offensive. Full Review

Despite its collegiate setting, 21 and Over is pretty much for people with an IQ of 21 and under. Full Review

How ironic (depressing? predictable?) that the week after we celebrate the best in movies, we are force-fed its very worst. 21 & Over is filmmaking by formula, and evidence of Hollywood’s assumption that appealing to viewers’ basest instincts will always pay off. Full Review
