I agree with everything he has to say about this movie! What a GREAT MOVIE EXPERIENCE! And it beats the way they made epic war movies in the past. This movie will win many statue's --the ones you turn off to watch other shows while the show goes on and on. But, that is what makes a movie whole,not just well-known actors(which this cast has none- which i must give great credit to the producer, thank you!)but all of the artists and computer imaging that went into this action,on the seat of your pants epic!

Great action with lots of carnage. It didn't have the same impact, special effect wise that "The Matrix" had. That was the only dissapointment. It wasn't all that groundbreaking in that regard. But the biggest suprise after seeing it is that the actor who played Xerxes is the same actor who played Paolo on Lost. I would've never thought that was him in a million years.

For a guy above to title his/her review: Worst Movie of All Time, is either on drugs, didn't watch the movie or something? We can all agree that upwards, the 90 percent of us, loved this marvelous and action packed film! Me, I loved it, I didn't expect much from it, as are usual cynical critics gave it poor standings, which is nothing new; this is why I don't trust them period! If you happen to be a typical guy, who loves a movie made for us, definitely go and see this one; also bring your girl or wife, if she also likes these awesome films that are slammed with action and bloody drama as opposed to chick flicks which none of us like... Go see this one guys, it will make up for all those dopey "Notebook" type films, we all have to see with our girlfriends and wives? This movie isn't like "Braveheart, Rambo, or many other classics I've seen," which is why it is awesome... It's not a dopey movie like some serious action/suspense/dramas can be, where they try to cram things into it that don't fit, or cuss just for the sake of doing it and thinking it will be cool? This movie, everything fits and you will agree with me; so definitely leave the girls at home, or take them if they appreciate these films and have a great time... Much Peace, Rich

Visually enticing. The main enemy was kinda strange. Go ahead, give it a matinee shot.

This movie was one of the worst films i have ever seen. Visually it was cool, but the story line was pointless. I found myself sitting in my seat the whole time wondering when this movie was going to end. Don't waste your time or money to see this horrible film.

300 is no question a legendary film to become,by bye passing gladiator and other film's of this nature,300 was truly were today's modern marines were to become yesterday's hero's,this film cannot be matched by any other spartan movie!!! prove me wrong......

I am appalled at the critics reviews of this movie. Its as if we watch two different movies. Before watching 300, Troy was my favorite movie but 300 has exceeded all my expections. The acting was great, the story line was great and the special effects left me speechless. I encouraged EVERYONE to go see it at least once.
