Awesome, simply awesome! I have never heard and seen so many people clapping and cheering during an action movie. I'm gonna see it again tomorrow, but on IMAX!!

I loved this movie. Alot of cgi, but the story was quite good. To me it was compelling how the Spartans stood by their beliefs. Damn these guys were in shape!

a real good movie not for the soft hearted,a real man.s man movie. Their was a couple of women in the movie an i think they en joyed it again that.s a real special women if you no what i mean. Well worth it no the history in you no much more about the movie.

Honestly. You know the old cliche about the book being better than the movie? About halfway through all the (cardboard) doom and gloom I found myself musing, "Y'know, knowing Frank Miller, I'll bet the comic book is better than this." So I walked out. Drove over to the local book store and concluded the saga.

Seeing 300 the first time, it was nothing short of amazing. It was a visual spectacle for the eyes, and I was in awe due to the fact that I saw it in IMAX, it was a packed house, and the crowd was into it. But tonight, I saw it on a regular screen and out of the opening night element, and this second time around I realized what a disappointment this movie really is. It was almost as if I was watching a documentary on the history channel! One question: Where is the climax of this movie??? Throughout the whole film they keep building up, getting your adrenaline pumping and then nothing happens! It's like $crewing for 2 hours and not getting off!!! The fight scenes are half a--ed, they try and make up for it with visual effects and slow motion shots, and to top it off you got some m0ther f --er narrating the whole time! And the dialogue is terrible! They should have taken time to build up the story line and character base, show actual battle scenes with an orga$mic finale! This could have been the greatest movie of all time but you f ---ed it up Zack Snyder! F --- you for this! You can kiss my a-- 300 times mother f --er! I'm going to go watch the trailer now and dream of what I thought this movie was going to be, and what it could have been...

Paul Potts is amazing... his voice reaches into the soul and enchants the listenerI am waiting for his next album. I just hope that whoever is handling his career knows enough to give this gentle man some breathing space

dont waste your money! when I was a teenager I would have been wowed by decapatitions in this move. So many other ways this movie could have been good. I would have rather watched Rambo

For all of you people who believe that the movie will vary so far from the truth that the story will be ruined. Although there are some artsy factors thrown in, everything else is quite factual. Their battle tactics, weaponry and numbers are all based on truth. It was extremely well done. Best movie I have seen in a long time.

This was one of the best movie i have seen in a while that i wouldn't mine seeing again and BUYING the DVD !!The audience applaud at the end .. hand down this is a must see movie !!

Great action with lots of carnage. It didn't have the same impact, special effect wise that "The Matrix" had. That was the only dissapointment. It wasn't all that groundbreaking in that regard. But the biggest suprise after seeing it is that the actor who played Xerxes is the same actor who played Paolo on Lost. I would've never thought that was him in a million years.
