I think of women's liberation, and do admire heroes like Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Now, all females earned a rightful voice in our Society.Unfortunately, this comical film portrays a stereotype 'boss" in a male dominated work atmosphere. What Doralee(Parton),Judy(Fonda) and Violet(Tomlin) teach Hart(Coleman), is a lesson in respect and dignity in the workplace. Hart learns humility, when his secretaries cut him down and bruise his "chauvenistic" ego.
