lphie always pops back into my memories of past Christmases as I watch it again, and again, When Ralphie's father asks him to help change a tire, and Ralphie blurts out the F-word, I always laugh and laugh thinking what a truly accurate snapshot of middle America that film is. I bought each of my 3 sons a copy of this holiday favorite and now I enjoy watching my grandsons giggling through the same film I so loved as a little girl, living in Cleveland Ohio, and believing that house in the film was just around the corner from our home.
