I am counting down the days until this epic movie comes out. Burton and Depp are truly in tune with eachother in all of their collabrations together. I want to go to Alice in Wonderland.

I am Looking forward to the "Alice" movie experience too! However March of 2010 will be a long way to wait and a long/expensive marketing campaigne....Release it October! Good for reviews and candy sales! I just hope Johnny Depp has' not fallen into another passive-aggressive role...Dude you could really make an theatrical impact on current "issues". Real-life roles does fit your style... wake -up!

Its actually a remake of american mcgees alice its just not cited as such. its the story of a 19 year old alice who has suffered trauma and is in an insane asylum. her fight against the red queen represents the asylums cruel supervisor, with her insane wonderland friends being the insane inmate she now share her domicile with. i just hope he give mcgee some credit where credit is due instead of trying to say this is his own original reworking of the tale.

Read the book! Disney plays everything off different. So the movie is from the book. not a remake of disney.

Uhhh....cptmorganxo, this movie isn't based on the Disney Alice in Wonderland. This movie, knowing the legendary Tim Burtan, is gong to be very dark, and maybe violent. Think of the "Asylum in Wonderland," the dark, twisted get-up used in Universal Studios every Halloween, then you'll be getting something close to what Tim Burtan will be doing.

actually it isn't based on McGee's Alice - although they are trying to make that into a movie as well. No, Burton is staying true to Carroll - not even a take on Disney's Alice.
