This was an awesome movie and great acting from the cast. I talked about this movie for days. It is a must see. Any body that thinks this movie was bad, clearly don't understand real life. This movie was based on a true story. "Life of a Ganster."What else did you expect?

Looks like the majority of the public who has seen it feels the way I do - this movie was stunningly refreshing! The cinematography places the moviegoer in a "Typical day in NY City." I know, I lived in NY and have visited Manhattan. The critics don't find it believable, that there really can exist such love in this world. Funny that the movies is based on a true story - I'd love to find out the details of that! The style is sometimes hard to follow, but with a little "Paying attention," it flows beautifully. The flashbacks are a reflection of how our minds really work in any given day. A must see!!!!!! Also, please spread the word as much as possible, so we can get more of these kinds of movies in our theaters!!!! www.bellathemovie.com

I just got back from seeing this movie, and I was a little anxious given the different opinons, not to mention the critics..but ...trust me....dont listen to the critics..they just dont like Russell Crowe. This was one of the best movies I have ever seen...The Acting...The Story....The cinematograpy...The Realism and oh yes...THE ACTING...The ensemble from Crowe to Denzel right down to Ruby Dee as the mother. Not to mention Josh Brolin (will be very shocked if does'nt get a supporting actor nomination) as teh crooked cop were all PHENOMINAL, the directing was also the Best...This is as enjoyable as "the Godfather"..I took my 15 year old son and he has not stopped talking about the two "parallell stories"...Just a great movie..be aware of the graphic violence, and nudity...but both were warranted here....and enjoy the best hollywood has put out in a long time !!!!!

This movie was GREAT...at first I didn't want to see it, but it was my brother's birthday and he wanted to see it. I am glad I did see it. It starts off slow for the first 20 or 30 mins but then picks up. LOTS of violence!!! (if you like that). The only thing that sucked were the previews....You would think a big budget film like AG would have better previews...LOLAJ

just saw it, left feeling very satisfied and said to myself, "this is what you want when you go to the movies", entertaining, gripping, exciting, the acting was great, Denzel was very good, so was Crowe, just a well spent 10$, unfortunately it seems like I will have to wait another 10 movies or so to see as rewarding a film as this as most of what is being turned out is junk, to name a few of the LOSERS I have seen recently, Martian Child, Things Lost in Fire, Michael Clayton(yes, this one was a loser!!), etc. etc.

This place is so nice compared to the stuffy standards of most steakhouses! I can walk in this place in my pajamas almost and be treated like a king and be served the most mouthwatering steak and lobster you could ever imagine. I can not believe that anyone would not like this steakhouse. I have been there countless times and consistency is always on point here! Steak eaters....YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT!!!!!

It was a shame the duo didn't share more screen time together. I really enjoyed this movie. The only thing that made me uneasy was the drug use. It made me wonder though, Frank Lucas had 250 mil seized by the government! How much is enough? I wonder what came of him after jail..

A vvery good movie a must see,looks at both sides of coruption. Well worth the time,you will not be disapointed. Fine acting all around.
