It is a wonderful story of love and what it means to a couple who have been there for each other for their entire lives. No it is not a traditional BS American Love Story where all is happy and rosy, but it is powerful. If for nothing else watch it to understand what it is to be there for a Parent, Friend or Partner at the end of their life and how love is not always about greeting cards and

This couple had no support, no community and no faith. They were alone and lost. Very sad. Also, why call it amour.? She exacted a terrible promise from him - very selfish and not loving at all. The movie made life seem meaningless.

This is a subject that definitely deserves attention but this film does not do it justice. It is boring and does not engage.
