I LOVED this movie. It was beautiful. I loved the chemistry between Hugh Jackman, which totally deserved the sexist man alive award, and Nicole Kidman. I can see them as the next Dicaprio and Winslet. This movie will be a classic close to Titanic and Pearl Harbour. I plan on going to see this movie again. It is worth the cost to see it twice. Go see this movie in theaters, it is worth the cost.

This movie shamelessly borrows from another blockbuster epic "Out of Africa". My son who saw it with me who just graduated with a film minor stated there is NOT one part of the storyline that does NOT resemble this earlier film in some way. The 'half breed' boy called 'creamy' should win some child recognition at the Oscar's. He was equal to, if not better performing than either "Little Miss Sunshine" or that boy left "Home Alone"!

This movie wasn't very good and was quite disappointing. The story wasn't all that compelling for some reason. Nor were the characters. Nichole is her usual charming self, but her acting isn't all that great. Nor is the lead male Jackman . It's quiteboring at times, for pretty long stretches.

I absolutely loved this film. Hugh Jackman was awesome, as was Nicole Kidman. She as become one of my favorite actresses. I was as good as Far and Away, a movie she did with her ex Tom Cruise. I love epic dramas. I just fell in love with the little boy and the aboriginees are interesting people. This is on the level with Gone With the Wind for me. The cinematography was gorgeous. Great film!

Interesting film. Leaves me wanting to know more about its history. The acting was superb. The dialog was a little difficult in the opening scenes --- I couldn't figure out why she was flying to Australia. I was grateful for the happy ending!

I loved this movie, it was beautiful from the scenic vistas to the wonderful cast. Who couldn't take almost three hours of Hugh Jackman and Nichole Kidman and the child was so beautiful. This movie was a joy to watch.

I've seen it twice and it would be well worth the money to see a third time. A thoroughly enjoyable movie from the story to the characters.
