my husband and I went and saw this Last week. It was worth every penny to see in the IMAX 3D. We watch in a regular theater this last winter we were so glad to have had a chance to see this way. I did not figure what they added we just enjoyed it and it never seemed like we were in there for 3 hours.

Good movie! Everyone draws comparisons to old themes (Dances With Wolves in Space, for example) and that seems to be thier pimary hang-up. Who cares? Get over yourself, sit down and enjoy. It's a great visual spectacle, and despite the run time entertaining from start to end. I can think of worse ways to spend an afternoon.
