I first saw this at a drive in, as a kid. It scared the hell out of me. I still remember the final scene, with the last living Marine, his M60 blazing in the mist yelling, "COME AND GET ME!" I decided I'd someday be a Marine and die for my country, while taking out dozens or hundreds of "the enemy." Years later I watched "Patton" and realized he was right, "You win wars by making the other poor bastard die for his country." I became a Naval Officer..."another Tomahawk please."
