I thought I went to see a comedy...It was A dry plottless movie that had nothing to offer the public 30 minutes into it I looked at my daughter and asked her what we were watching...she had no idea either..then I remembered someone once told me you could get a refund if you are not 30 minutes into the movie...we were 32 minutes in...so we were stuck there!!!!So Bad!!!!!!!!!!!

The last Jack Black comedies I saw (school of rock and nacho libre) had me 2nd guessing Jack as a good actor. However I saw this yesterday and I laughed my head off. A movie you want to see with a full house it adds to the comedy and also very appropriate for kids. Definitely nothing PG-13 about it but kids may not get all the movie parodies if they haven't seen the originals. The night "Ghost busters" scene might've been the funniest thing I've seen this year. The ending is a little out of nowhere (not a big set up) but still go see it. Hell it's better then Semi-Pro.....and when a movie ends where the audience watches the credits, it's a success in my book.

mos is one of my favorite mc's and i always love him in movies this was no exception.....this movie had a lot of heart and was creative and hilarious in original ways.......this def. is one of my favorites...

My daughter and I saw this movie today and just loved it. Both of us were either laughing or smiling the whole time. Everyone in the audience seemed to feel the same way. Jack was great. We'll see it again.

This movie is so unpredictable - childlike but also thought provoking. What a genius Michel Gondry is. Never a dull moment. Loved it and will go back to see it.Fran

This one is mixed reviews from the start some hate it some love it , so its personal taste!I actually liked it the funniest things in this movie is trying to recreate the movies erased! examples: Robocop, Ghostbusters, Driving miss daisy, Rush hour, to name a few and without the special effects were used to!Sorry people but I thought it was humorous those were funny parts.....its a matter of taste......

Wow..love Jack Black, but so dissapointed. I wanted to switch movie's 10 minutes into it. I really couldn't wait for it to end. Hubby hated it to. Don't waist your time or money on this one!
