Good movie, with a simple storyline. It's good to see a movie without the big budget Hollywood expense and computer generated special effects. Beautiful scenery of lush tropical Indian jungles, well acted, good direction.
Infidelity remains a taboo subject in India, not just because of ones own moral compass but because of the stigma that it carries within that society. The most interesting character is T.K. Neelan, the foreman of a spice plantation and how he struggles with his own ambitions, his loyalty to his chidhood friend Sajani, and his loyalty to his employer.
In the end, we all cling to our beliefs, traditions and culture. A good movie, worth the price of admission.
