Very good film. I don't understand main stream America where the Dark Knight pulls in at #1 with the same old "Hollywood Cookie Cutter" formula. Then you have a film like this that barely makes to just a handful of theaters. I loved this film!!!!!

I have seen this film in front on dozens of audiences at Film Festivals and regualr word of mouth screenings. It's always the same. Standing ovations, awards, and wonderful words of praise that a great film comedy about wine will open in 12 days. We can't wait. This movie has it all...great cast, great story, funny, drama, and a super ending that will have you cheering. Best movie of the year. Keep your Super Heroes. I'll take BOTTLE SHOCK every time.

I just saw this movie at a free screening and it rocks! Great cast, Alan Rickman is hilarious in it. I was also really impressed with Bill Pullman's performance and Chris Pine. He's going to be a star. I found the website for the film too it's bottleshockthemovie.com.

Can't wait to see it. Don't know why the poster's haven't been placed in the theaters. I do plan to go an see it soon. I'm an avid theater goer. Seen Ironman, Indiana Jones, Zohan, etc.But since this movie is more based on a local California historical event, the "taking of the wine prize" and especially of my favorite type of wine...........I will be there the day it shows! California wine lovers rejoice.............and please do tell if Johnny Deep did buy a CA winery, and where it is located, and when we can soon come to sample his wares?

Didn't Johnny Deep just recent purchase a California winery recently, in California.Good for him! Glad he got over all the rum in Pirates of the Caribbean, my son and his girl friend have a planned wine-tasting trip planned in August....is Johnny Deep's place up and running for business yet? Cause I'm sure it will be a tourist HIT spot.

Personally, I am really looking forward to this new movie. I love Alan Rickman in all the Harry Potter Movies, plus Dogma, plus Galaxy Quest plus and especially Sweeney Todd. Who better to play the British part. Bill Pullman (Independence Day) and all the other movies would be perfect also. Of all wines, my favorite is a California Cardonnay! Hip, hip hurray! Go California! Kick Ass. Finally found our wine good!
