Cement Synopsis & Summary

Longtime Hollywood vice detectives Holt (Chris Penn) and Nin (Jeffrey Wright) have themselves become gangsters and drug users. When violence-prone Holt catches his girlfriend Lyndel (Sherilyn Fenn) with drug kingpin Truman Rickart's (Henry Czerny) number one henchman Sean (Anthony DeSando), Nin does everything he can to save the hood's life from his obsessed partner.
