Off to a slow start with some flatness in between. I must say I was fascinated with the amusing characters though. Overall I'd say somewhat enjoyable but more forgettable in my book. Seems to be more popular for those under 30.

it was pretty entertaining, actors do their best, specially Chris Massoglia which is a pleasure to watch (if you like males for that matter, if not there's salma hayek, with a beard) really hope it does well for a sequel.

Not bad at all, but Harry Potter has sort of taken the cake in this area. I actually am looking forward to the sequel.

Not a bad movie but left you hanging in the end. (to be continued) And you know they wont make any others so you will never know the real ending. Because of that I could only give 3 stars. I have not read the books.

Typical Hollywood Cr*p. Bad vampires...good vampires...some fights...some CGI. Uninspired and completely forgettable.

It was running a little slow, and there were a few fight scenes that were gory. It was interesting. I think the movie will be very popular with the 16-25 year old range. (4 stars). I felt the movie ran slow in certain parts. If you are 30+ add this to your rent DVD list.

was not like the book and was no where close to the book it looked like they never read the book i gave it a 5/10
