You really have to suspend disbelief to appreciate this movie. The script often goes along in incredible directipons yet the very likable stars pull it off and we genuinely root for them. This piece of eye candy is mildly entetainiing and worth the price of the popcorn.

Don't see this movie if you're looking forward to a good adaption of the book -- it isn't. As a matter of fact, it's a poorly-written movie with no point. Most of the movie revolves around Becky's embarassing antics, and they were pretty difficult to sit through. Wait for DVD. Better yet, wait for TV.

me and my bff havent seen this movie yet but we are sooooo excited bc were gonna see it tomorrow and its like gonna be soooooo goood! we'll let you know how it is once we see it bros:]

I thoroughly enjoyed it! Personally, I've never been a fan of 'chick-flick' type movies, romantic comedies, etc- however, I found myself considerably entertained throughout the entire film. Light-hearted, fast paced, charming, and quite funny at points. Hugh Dancy & Isla Fisher are adorable. Definitely recommend!

Excellent movie! Really funny and had a good story line. My wife really wanted to see the movie for Valentines day. Normally I'm not into chick flicks, but this was great! Dave

CUTE funny, happy story. Average film, but was easy to sit through. it's worth seeing.

The women in the audience seemed to enjoy this light hearted comedy. The fashions were great. The story line just ok. More for the teenage women, I guess, as that was the age group that showed up to see the movie. It was cute. But, you know, Not worth a special trip to see it. Will be on TV soon enough.

I thought this movie was cute & funny but it wasn't as good as I expected. I was pleasantly surprised that John Goodman and Joan Cusack played the roles of her parents. Her best friend and her love interest were enjoyable to watch also but something was missing from this movie. It was ok but not great.
