Add a commentThe synopsis has it wrong. Eddie Antar was the owner of Crazy Eddie, but he was not the guy in the commercials. The latter was Jerry Carroll, who is still around and was guilty of no crime.

i met eddie when i was kid and remained his freind into my adult life, and although he may now be infamous, i knew him as a generous, benevolent man, with a gruff exterior and a heart of gold. He was the kind of person that would have his limo driver pull over so that he could buy food for the homeless woman and her dog sitting at the curb., He took care of his family and his freinds. Make sure you cover this in your film.
