I HONESTLY THINK THAT DEATH SENTENCE IS ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. IT HAS GREAT ACTION SCENES AND IS FULL OF DRAMA AND SUSPENSE. IT'S GOOD FROM THE VERY BEGINNING TO THE VERY END. I REALLY HOPE THEY MAKE A SECOND ONE BECAUSE IT KIND OF LEAVES OFF WITH A CLIFF HANGER! ITS WORTH YOUR MONEY .... GO SEE IT!!

NOT AS GOOD AS CHARLIE'S MOVIES. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. DEATH WISH WAS STILL BY FAR "THE BEST."

The previews showed the best parts. This movie bordered upon ridiculous and silly. Several people in my audience even fell asleep! Bacon just couldn't pull his role off in any type of believeable or realistic manner. Save your money.

The big problem with this story is any police department would've clamped down on Bacon's character, soon after he takes out the first guy. But the biggest plot hole is when the cop gets murdered. Even though the police know who did it, they don't react to it. Yeah, right.

This movie was so wonderful!!!!! It was emotional and had a lot of action in it. The director did an awesome job at bringing the characters to life. I have never written a review before in my life, but seeing how "Critics" aren't displaying the correct rating on Death Sentence, I feel I must. Kevin Bacon displayed a phenomenal performance throughout the entire movie. This movie was a tear jerker full of action and suspense. THIS MOVIE IS WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!

This movie was full of action and suspenseful. Just when you thought the movie was over, there was another twist! A couple parts were a little unrealistic, but overall a good movie. Check it out!

We decided against our better judgement to see this movie because it starred Kevin Bacon...We should have followed our instincts..This is the worst movie we have seen this year !!!!!

This movie was exactly what it said it would be. A man getting revenge with a lot of action and violence. Kevin Beacon was great in the roll of the avenging father. Some characters, the policewoman and Goodman were superfical and unrealistic. I think if Kevin Beacon let the criminals off and turn the other cheek or if his family was disfunctional, taking drugs or having unprotected sex, the critics would have given it more favorable reveiws.

Don't waist your money. Go play Putt Putt or have your teeth cleaned. A waist of time. Some good shootem up sceenes, but over all, wait for the dollar movie. Maybe.
