I just got back from seeing this moving and both my Husband and I loved it. It tugs at the heart a couple of times. Very well made. The actors Daniel Craig, Leiv Schreider and Jamie Bell, who played the brothers did a superb job. A true story that was very well made and told. Like one viewer said they went to see the movie not knowing what to expect. I wasn't sure either, but I say expect a fantastic movie. Unless you get bored with history then it's not for you, because it lacks nothing. Just my opinion of course. This is only my second movie comment, the other was Phantom of the Opera :) which I also loved.

Kudos to Daniel Craig. This is the sory of my parents that I haven't been able to express for 57 years. I'm so very ecstatic that this part of the Shoah has finally been expressed in the mainstream.!

I read the book The Bielski Brothers, and I cannot wait to see this movie! The book is amazing, and I agree with CWHuseth: if the movie's half as good as the book it will be worth seeing!

This sounds like the story of The Belski Brothers but I can find no reference to their name. The Belski Brothers is the name of a wonderful book about survival of a group of Jews who lived in the forest during the Nazi invasion of eastern Europe. If the movie is half as good as the book it will be worth seeing.
