Yes, very original and creative/imaginative. I was disgusted and I'm surprised at the high ratings, it seemed very twisted and immoral, it turned my... stomach and wanted to turn it off but my husband, who was also in shock about what it was about, ************* it, and at the end we had to switch to Jay Leno to get our minds off this dillusional and disturbing flick. There sooooo many things in this movie that my brain did NOT need to be aware of, it is unreal. Half of this stuff I didn't imagine existed, what kind of person thinks of all this neglect, abuse and vulgarity? UGHHHHH. I am forever traumatized..... Full Review

It's an exhilaratingly unpredictable experience, and not an easy one to shake.Full Review

How perfectly perverse: In a summer crammed with sequels, remakes, '80s nostalgia and the frustrated sense of "What else y'got?" comes the most original nightmare in years.Full Review

Dogtooth is like a car crash. You cannot look away. The Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos tells his story with complete command of visuals and performances. His cinematography is like a series of family photographs of a family with something wrong with it.Full Review

A highly original black comedy from Greece -- and one of the weirdest movies I've seen in a long time.Full Review

Dogtooth is slightly less self-congratulatory than the average Dogme movie, a few of which belong to Lars von Trier. This feels, instead, more like an extreme summer at a Dadaist acting camp.Full Review
