This was boring. Just boring. Had maybe 2 or 3 funny parts, all of which you've already seen if you saw the trailer.
The Lorax feels like a paint-by-numbers, cookie-cutter film, that, curiously, given its message, comes off as a big, steaming dollop of style over substance. It is funny in parts, but nowhere near enough to give it half as much charm as it thinks it has.
Fantastic movie
This is a great family movie. Very appealing for the children and an awesome message for everyone. LET IT GROW!!!
I was VERY disappointed. This was strickly a green peace project. poor script poor action and doom and gloom

The movie is a noisy, useless piece of junk, reverse-engineered into something resembling popular art in accordance with the reigning imperatives of marketing and brand extension. Full Review

Someone in Hollywood ought to speak for the trees, and The Lorax does it with verve and vibrancy. Full Review

While softening Geisel's darker themes, they still meld a valuable message into catchy songs, bright images (nicely done in 3D) and funny characters. Full Review

The key to Seuss' tales, as with all good fables, is not only their cleverness but their surpassing elegance and simplicity, qualities that this busy, over-cluttered contraption of a movie seems entirely uninterested in replicating. Full Review
